Jerry Tavin, Founder of the Young Photographers Alliance, formerly of nonstock will be attending the CEPIC Congress. YPA provides international mentoring programs, scholorships, portfolio reviews, educational forums and internships to young photographers.
YPA has an active board in the UK under the leadership of Erin Monroney. We will have an exhibition of our international mentoring program on Cepic's opening night.

An exceptional collection of imagery which captures the spirit of East London, collated from the archival collections of Getty Images, will be exhibited during the CEPIC Congress at the Truman Brewery, from the 15th - 18th of May 2012.

As part of a project with Stratford, Getty Images Gallery worked through the archival collections unearthing images of the East End, its residents; the cosmopolitan atmosphere and communities and incredible portraits of locals resilience during the Blitz in 1940.
