This year we offer the possibility of renting 35 boxes in the Aviva Stadium, which are ideal for boardroom meetings, focus groups, seminars, training, interviews, press events, private dinner or lunch gatherings.
There are 3 different types of boxes - Box 12 (for up to 12 people), Box 24 (for up to 24) and Box 50 (for up to 50 people). For price information see the attachment below this article.
Each box includes:
- plasma screen(s)
- Plug&Play laptop facilities for presentations
- Wi-Fi access
- video conferencing facilities
- flexible set-up options for furniture
- business centre access
Box 50 and 24 offer kitchen facilities for all in-room catering requirements. They also have a view of the pitch.

Table Area and Trade Stands
For meetings we provide 100 tables on one floor in the Havelock Area of the Aviva stadium. In addition, for the first time, CEPIC is offering the possibility of renting state-of-the-art Trade Stands. This year Internet is included in the table fee. Read more
