USER AGREEMENT
DISCOUNTED FEE FOR CEPIC MEMBERS
CEPIC Members are either Affiliates of CEPIC or members of the following National Associations: AEAPAF, APPAI, BAPLA, BLF, BVPA, NL-IMAGE, FNAPPI, SAB, SBF, SNAPIG.
In order to benefit of the discounted fee for CEPIC Members, Membership Fees for 2010 must be paid.
If the membership fees have not been paid by 31 May 2010, CEPIC reserves the right to charge the difference of fee on a separate invoice issued manually.
DECREASING FEE STRUCTURE
We apply a decreasing fee structure per delegate based on the number of delegates sent by one company, in one country, registering at the same time - or at the latest by the next discount deadline. If a company decides, at a later date, to send more delegates, then the discounted rate will apply only to those registering later. The discount will not apply retroactively to those delegates already registered. Registration discounts are calculated based on the date payment is received, not on the date the form is submitted.
If the wrong fee has been applied, CEPIC reserves the right to charge the difference of fee on a separate invoice issued manually.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you wish to cancel your registration, tables and/or any other optional event, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Before 15 February 2010, the total amount will be refunded (less 50 € for administrative expenses)
- From 15 February to 14 March 2010, 75% of the total amount will be refunded
- From 15 March to 18 April 2010, 50% of the total amount will be refunded
- From 19 April to 16 May 2010, 25 % of the total amount will be refunded
- From 16 May 2009, no refund possible
If CEPIC is obliged to cancel the Event due to Force Majeure, there is no refund possible.
For Business Rooms and Exhibitors Stands we apply the Aviva Cancellation Policy:
- Until 30 March 2010, 50% of cost refundable
- From 01 April 2010 no refund possible

For meetings we provide 100 tables on one floor in the Havelock Area of the Aviva stadium. In addition, for the first time, CEPIC is offering the possibility of renting state-of-the-art Trade Stands. This year Internet is included in the table fee. Read more
