For companies wishing to hold formal, private meetings away from the bustle of the rest of the congress, we have a limited number of business rooms available to rent.
Companies are able to book these rooms in advance, order refreshments, audio visual equipment and any other special requirements. We are happy to help to meet all your needs.
Rooms are still available but under new conditions. Please contact us at london2012@cepic.org should you be interested.

The Photocentric Day is organised by the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) bringing Photographers and Distributors together for a day of Inspiration and Learning under the motto: Where Does the Content Provider Fit in the New Stock Photography Business Reality? Read more
Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will be held in the Old Truman Brewery (T5), in "East London's revolutionary arts and media quarter". With Photo Booth provided by Image Source, music by Alex Boniface and exhibition by the Young Photographers Alliance (YPA). Read more

Annual Industry Party
The party, which marks the end of the four day Congress, will take place in the World Photography Awards Exhibition at the Embankment Galleries, Somerset House, on Friday 18th May. Read more
