Table Area

The Table Area is for many delegates the main reason to attend the CEPIC Congress.

Companies organize about 40 meetings over the 3 days in this busy, lively area with 70 Tables (size 160×80 cm) and the 4 new Table Plus spaces (71, 72, 73 & 74). 

Please note that only if you book a Table Plus, you are allowed bring your own banners and place them next to your table for more visibility at the entrance of the table area as indicated on the table area plan.

Update: On 1st June 62 tables are booked.

Each table comes with 4 chairs, an electricity point and WiFi giving delegates the opportunity to network and do business within the very heart of the congress. Drinking stations and the lunch buffet are only a couple of steps away from the table area so you can make the most of your time and focus on your meetings.
