Announcing the 2015 Multimedia contest winners

The fifth annual multimedia contest was chaired by Marianne Lévy-Leblond, head of web productions and transmedia projects ARTE. She was joined by an international jury of eight leading professionals in the field of visual journalism and documentary storytelling. Together they judged the entries at the World Press Photo office in Amsterdam and the winners were announced on 11 March.

This year, 352 productions were submitted to the contest: 221 Short Features, 73 Long Features, and 58 Interactive Documentaries.

The jury awarded prizes in three categories: Short Feature, Long Feature, and Interactive Documentary. The Short Feature and Long Feature categories had first, second and third prizes. The Interactive Documentary category awarded one prize.
