CEPIC Releases Discussion Paper on Orphan Works and Image Licensing
CEPIC has released a discussion paper 'Orphan Works and Image Licensing' written for the CEPIC contribution to the ARROW Plus project.
The paper discusses ways of identifying images and avoiding future orphan works, including use of image registries and technologies such as fingerprinting and visual search.
