Business Rooms

For companies wishing to hold formal, private meetings away from the bustle of the rest of the congress, we had a limited number of Business Rooms available to rent.

 Three business rooms are available from Friday to Saturday 

Salon 5 – (46 sqm) 

Salon 6 – (75 sqm)

On Thursday, Suites at the Maritim proArte Hotel will be used as Business Rooms. 

Note: All Business Rooms are located on the first floor of the Maritim proArte Hotel. Seminar Rooms and a part of the networking area are also located on the first floor,

 RENTAL FEES

1.200 € for the three days of Congress

900 € for two days of Congress

Prices don’t include 19% VAT
