OIP’s participation at the debate with the French candidates for the upcoming EU election was a great success.

After the first part of the event, the OIP opened the second Q/A part by asking the very first question.

To the question “Regardless of your political affiliation, do you agree with modifying interim measures, so they can become operable very quickly at the EU-level and stop competition abuses within a few months?”all candidates, unanimously, answered “Yes”.

The socialist candidate Pierre Larrouturou asked publicly for a meeting with the OIP in order to discuss the interim measures issue, underlining that  “we have to work on that issue”.

At the end of the debate, we handed OIP’s open letter to each candidate.
