Christina Vaughan is the Founder and Chief Executive of Cultura Creative, a leading diversity and inclusion agency, and its sister brand CulturAI—a premium content studio pioneering ethical AI datasets and volumetric content creation for machine learning. A lifelong advocate for authentic representation, Christina founded Image Source in 1999, setting new standards for premium, inclusive imagery with societal impact, prior to founding Cultura in 2021. An early adopter in responsible AI, Christina is committed to addressing bias by working with truly diverse creative teams—across socio-economic, gender, ethnic, LGBTQ+ and disability backgrounds. She is the immediate Past President of CEPIC and brings over 25 years of global leadership experience in production, distribution, and entrepreneurship. Christina also serves on the EDI Board of Sheffield United Football Club and is an Ambassador for the Afro-Caribbean Sports and Community Club, where she champions the advancement of women in sport.
