Isabelle Wirth is a journalist currently working as European media projects manager at Agence France-Presse (AFP). She is representing the international news agency in several EU co-funded projects belonging to the European Digital Media Observatory (EDMO) network. She is especially involved in Lakmusz-HDMO, the EDMO hub for Hungary which aims at monitoring disinformation campaigns, disseminating fact-checking investigations and conducting media literacy activities. She started her career at AFP at the photo department, working as a photo editor and later taking roles at the editors-in-chief teams for photo France, Germany, and Europe. Parallelly she is volunteering at French media literacy association Entre les lignes.
