Book Your Table at CEPIC 2025 – Only 14 Tables Remaining

The Table Area is the heart of networking at CEPIC 2025 and if you haven’t reserved your spot yet, now’s the time! With only 14 tables remaining, including 4 Table Plus, availability is going fast.

Having a table gives you a dedicated space to meet new contacts, host important meetings, and make your presence known. Your table acts as your HQ during the three days of CEPIC, somewhere for people to find you, chat business, or just stop by and say hello. It also increases your visibility at the event. Every delegate receives a printed guide with a list of all table holders and their locations, so you won’t be hard to find.

Want to stand out even more? Upgrade to Table Plus. It includes everything a standard table does, plus the opportunity to showcase your brand with a roll-up banner. Just note that due to the table layout, banners are only permitted at Table Plus spots, they can’t be placed beside standard tables as they obstruct visibility for others.

To help you plan, we’ve updated the floor plan for CEPIC 2025, which shows the layout and which tables are still available. Reserved tables are clearly marked—so grab yours before they’re gone!

Booking a Table is Easy

This year we have a two-step registration process:

  1. Register your delegates and complete the payment
  2. Head to the "Additional Services" page to book and pay for your table

Members of CEPIC benefit from a discounted table price, just login to the Members Only area to access your code.
