The European Commission has published a document aimed at finalising the stakeholder dialogue and setting out the Commission’s initial ideas for the guidance on Article 17 of the Copyright Directive.
Participants are now invited to give their written views on the document (.pdf) by 10 September.
The views gathered will feed into the preparation of the Commission’s guidance on the application of Article 17.
