The Annexes of the study focus on the use of metadata by key national publishers, such Le Monde, regional publishers such as La Voix du Nord and magazine publishers such as Gala.
The Mission, after establishing that the preservation by press publishers is poor. It encourages a strengthening of the law through the implementation of the DSM Copyright Directive (article 15 and article 17) and, failing this possibility, through new legislation.
