“A journalist for more than 30 years, I have had a varied career in the regional daily press, as editor and then head of general news at Lyon Figaro, then in the professional press, first within the Liaisons group, which later became Wolters Kluwer, then at Stratégies, a weekly communication news magazine where, in almost 10 years, I was successively head of the media department, then deputy editor-in-chief of the newspaper. I left Stratégies in 2004 to create and manage Les Clés de la Presse, an information medium for press and media professionals, positioned on the business models of the press and media. And God knows that in 15 years, the situation has changed, since at the launch, Facebook and Youtube did not exist, and neither did smartphones. Clearly, the sector has evolved more over the past 5 to 10 years than in the previous 40 years.”
