Neelie Kroes (Netherlands), in charge of the digital agenda, on the other hand says she is “very happy” about the deal. Vote by the college was postponed to a couple of months.
The deal between the EC and Google has not been published and feedback will be sought from the limited circle of 18 complainants. At the press conference on Wednesday 5 February Almunia has already indicated that feedback is unlikely to change his mind.
