We hope you are all well and safe and have started the New Year with optimism.
2020 was a challenging year for everybody due to the coronavirus pandemic. As the CEPIC Congress organizers, we had no other choice than postpone our yearly meeting. In June 2020, we looked at May 2021 as the new date to hold our dear CEPIC Congress.
Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic still has a tight grip on our daily lives. We are unsure whether the Congress will happen in forthcoming May, but even if it is not feasible to hold the CEPIC Congress in May 2021, we are exploring for later dates in the year. Together with the Congress venue in Mallorca, we are continually monitoring these possibilities.
Should the coronavirus pandemic oblige us to postpone Congress to 2022, we will inform you accordingly and transfer your registration to the new dates automatically. Cancelling the conference altogether is not an option for us. The photography industry is a very personal business; thus, we all need these year gatherings.
Delegates who booked and paid for a room at the Gran Melià Victoria will get their rooms transferred to the new dates at no cost.
As in previous years, CEPIC will work enthusiastically to bring you the best and largest event for picture agencies, technology providers, and picture professionals worldwide as soon as the present situation clarifies and we will be able to travel around with the minimum risk possible,
