Dear CEPIC Members,
The time of the year when we get together on another CEPIC Annual General Meeting has arrived. We have the pleasure to invite you to the event.
The severe pandemic that the world is suffering and, logically, keeping all of us at home has forced us to change the way the AGM will be developed this year. It will be handled as a virtual gathering using Zoom teleconferencing (www.zoom.us).
The CEPIC AGM will take place on the 17 of June 2020 from 13:00 to 18 Hours. The agenda, as well as all necessary documents for the event, will be sent by May 20h.
All Members, as well as Associate Members, may participate in the General Meeting, but only full Members hold a voting right.
The CEPIC Annual General Meeting provides the opportunity to know about the CEPIC activities. Review and approve the financial results, analyze CEPIC’s lobbying presence in Brussels, anticipate the 2020 CEPIC Congress that the circumstances have forced us to move it to the end of September, and debate on what is coming.
This year’s format will provide ways to participate in certain moments of the AGM. We expect it will make this annual event a joyful and participative moment. A mountain of things is affecting our industry, and sure they are changing stock photography beyond imagination, it is time that we sit and review how the future will force us to change.
