Festival ManifestO 2015 à Toulouse

Founded in 2002 by a group of pho­tog­ra­phers from Toulouse, after 13 years of exis­tence the fes­tival ManifestO has estab­lished itself as a major event pho­tog­raphy in France (16.000 vis­i­tors, 2014). This year taking place from 18th September to 3rd October in Toulouse.

At ManifestO a selection of contemporary photography creation will be disclosed, one of ManifestO’s objectivees is to provide visibility and opportunities for creative photographers through a high-profile festival. The festival is open to all photographers, no matter age, nationality or status. Nevertheless applications will be reviewed by a high quality professional jury. Photographers will be chosen by the jury based on the quality of their artistic prac­tice and the rel­e­vance of their work. The jury’s deci­sion is final and cannot be sub­ject to any appeal.

A dozen or winners are selected each year by an independent jury of professionals and personalities from the art business. Every year a renown photographer is invited to the festival. His high quality photographic work is shown to a wide international audience.

Manifesto also offers free and accessible to all events, such as conferences, meetings with artists, hosting school visits and performances in a period of time of 2 weeks and 3 weekends.
