Mint Images – important, and good! – news

Mint Images is just over two years old now, and was established under some core founding principles. In particular, we focused from the outset on working with a clear vision and mission – being committed to the notion that powerful images connecting us to our evolving planet are capable of changing the world for the better.

As part of this commitment to its vision and mission, Mint Images is announcing today, Monday 20th October 2014, its first charitable donation to the Zoological Society of London (ZSL), http://www.zsl.org, an international scientific, conservation and educational charity whose mission is to promote and achieve the worldwide conservation of animals and their habitats. It has active conservation projects in more than 50 countries. Mint Images’ funding has been specifically allocated to a photography project involving camera traps to aid with monitoring and anti-poaching efforts of Amur Tigers and Leopards – http://www.zsl.org/conservation/news/’forest-eyes’-are-watching-you, and http://www.zsl.org/conservation/regions/asia/amur-leopard-and-tiger-cons….
