picturemaxx AG and picturemaxx international GmbH combined business activities as of 1 January 2018
picturemaxx, software specialist for visual content and the creator of the picturemaxx Media Network, now operates worldwide exclusively.
Until this year, the companies picturemaxx AG and picturemaxx international GmbH were independent partners, but have now joined their national and international business under picturemaxx AG. picturemaxx AG maintains the business agreements of international customers who use, for example, picturemaxx BACKSTAGE or MEDIAPORT, as well as media buyers who use the my-picturemaxx search engine.
The company will be even more efficient thanks to this change, and able to react to market changes even faster. Benjamin Neu, CEO of picturemaxx AG, summarizes: “picturemaxx international has made a major contribution to the expansion of our picturemaxx Media Network and established successfully a considerable number of customer relationships, especially in the United States and Great Britain. These specific markets also have an increasing influence on our future strategy. The global view is becoming more and more important to picturemaxx, and concentrating our efforts reflects the upcoming phase of our company’s development.”
Andreas Herzog, previously Managing Director of picturemaxx international GmbH, also emphasizes the advantages of the change: “With regard to necessary innovations, we need to focus even more strongly on future market requirements and on the global expansion of the picturemaxx Media Network.” Both Herzog and Olya Evanitsky, now Senior Vice Presidents of picturemaxx AG, will continue to be responsible for international expansion and support of international customers.
