• Please have your headshot ready. Right at the start of registration, you’ll be asked to upload your profile image (portrait). Your profile image (portrait) will be used to create your badge. Size: 100 x 130 px. Maximum size: 5MB. Optimal format: jpg, png, bmp.
• Registration fees include three full days of networking, lunch and coffee breaks, access to seminars and the Annual Industry Party on Friday, 16 June 2017
• CEPIC members receive a reduction of 120 € for each registered delegate on the regular fee and 100 € for each booked table. Both member discounts must be selected during registration.
• If you want to book a Business Room, send us an email.
• We apply a discount starting at – 70% for the fourth delegate and up (but you must book early)
• Wifi is included in the registration fee
• Applicable VAT is 19% – In oder to be able to recover it you must indicate your VAT number during registration!
