Leading the charge in revolutionising the visual content landscape is none other than Craig Peters, CEO of Getty Images. With an illustrious career marked by innovation and forward-thinking leadership, Craig brings a unique perspective on the intersection of technology, creativity, and business. As a pioneer in the industry, his insights promise to inspire and enlighten attendees as we navigate the ever-evolving landscape of visual media. 

Joining Craig on our esteemed lineup is Franck Bardol, an Adjunct Professor, Deep Learning Instructor, and Digital Transformation Strategist. With a deep understanding of AI and its implications for the future of media, Franck brings a wealth of technical expertise and strategic insight to our Congress. His perspective on the role of AI in shaping authenticity in visual content promises to spark lively discussions and ignite new ideas among our attendees.

Craig Peters is Chief Executive Officer of Getty Images, the world’s leading content licensing platform. As CEO, Craig has overarching responsibility for the organization across its Getty Images, iStock and Unsplash brands and is a member of Getty Images Board of Directors.

Craig joined Getty Images in 2007 and prior to being appointed CEO in 2019, Craig served as Chief Operating Officer with previous leadership roles across Content, Product, Marketing, Technology and Business Development.

Prior to joining Getty Images, Craig held key leadership roles in media and technology within established and early-stage organizations. These included WireImage (acquired by Getty Images), FOX Sports Interactive, the PGA TOUR, Homestead.com (acquired by Intuit) and positions with A. T. Kearney and Eastman Kodak Company. In 2005 while at the PGA TOUR, Craig accepted an Emmy by the National Television Academy for Outstanding Achievement in Advanced Media Technology for the Enhancement of Original Television Content.  

Craig holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business and a BS in Finance from The Ohio State University.

Franck Bardol

Asscociate Professor & Deep Learning Instructor 

After a career in investment banking and hedge funds as Head of Quantitative Research for alternative investment funds.

Franck Bardol is a consultant and trainer to leading industrial groups (Thalès, Airbus, General Electrics, Saint-Gobain and ST Micro Electronics) and leading research organisations (CEA ITER atomic fusion project, Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales and CNRS).

Franck Bardol is an Associate Professor at the University of Geneva and other higher education establishments (Geneva University of Art and Design, Microsoft IA School, Sup de Pub).

Franck Bardol is the author of a series of LinkedIn Learning MOOCs with 50,000 views on the themes of Data Science, AI algorithms and Digital Transformation.  

Founder of Paris Machine Learning, a group of AI experts with 8,500 members, Franck has been singled out as one of France’s 100 AI experts.

Franck Bardol holds an MSc in Business Management from the University of Geneva, an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the Université Pierre et Marie Curie, an MSc in Mathematical and Statistical Modelling from the Université de Paris Nanterre and a Certificate in Philosophical Ethics from the University of Geneva.
