Important Information for CEPIC Congress 2024 Attendees: Delivery and Package Return Details

With CEPIC Congress 2024 just two weeks away, we want to ensure that all arrangements for your participation are in order. If you have selected a table at the congress, it is essential to arrange for your items to be shipped in time and correctly labelled with your table number.

Packages for Congress can arrive from May 6th onwards. Please note that May 8th and 9th are public holidays in France, so make sure your deliveries are planned accordingly.

Delivery Information:

The Palais des Congrès is able to accept deliveries from Monday, May 6th, 2024. Please adhere to the following delivery hours: 9:00 am – 12:30 pm/1:30 pm – 5:00 pm.

All deliveries must be clearly marked with the information provided in the attached document. Without this information and before the authorised delivery date, the Palais des Congrès reserves the right to refuse deliveries and their storage. Please note that any items left on the stand after the exhibition may be removed and disposed of.

Package Return After the Congress:

Packages must be perfectly repackaged with the carrier’s return form affixed to each package. Parcels must be collected on Friday, May 17th before 5:00 p.m. or on Tuesday, May 21st before 5:00 p.m. Pick-up times are from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday).
