The Dreamstime complaint against Google filed in the USA is going forward.
Although some press articles sound as if the complaint had been dismissed, this is not the case.
Serban Enache, CEO of Dreamstime, notes:
“For three of our claims (breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and unfair competition) against Google, the judge denied Google’s motion to dismiss. Their motion to dismiss was accepted only for our antitrust claim, while leaving the possibility to add information later, if the investigations show new facts.”
