The platform-to-business regulation has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union (here).
The regulation is the first regulatory attempt in the world to establish a fair, trusted and innovation-driven ecosystem in the online platform economy. It includes notably provisions on online search engines and redress mechanisms for businesses and consumers.
