Issues -
Artificial Intelligence has made considerable progress in recent years. New tools, new players and also new content have appeared in the visual media licensing industry - some of them are now CEPIC members. Also, legislation around the world is shaping up, as competition between trading blocks (mainly US, EU and Asia) for dominance in this area intensifies.

Edouard van Arem is manager photo at ANP, the Dutch National Pressagency. He's responsible for all the commercial activities, including the image library as well as the creative content ANP produces for clients (photo, video, animations, infographics).

Debbie Grossman is Senior Manager of Global Strategic Content Development at Adobe Stock, where she leads content acquisition strategy for a team that covers the Premium, Motion, Audio, and Free collections with a special focus on improving diversity and representation across Adobe Stock. Before joining Adobe Stock, Debbie was Features editor at Popular Photography and American Photo magazines.

Alan Capel is Alamy’s Operations Director, having held senior content, operational and commercial roles at the business since its inception in 2000. Alan previously held a number of roles at Getty images and helped launch the online Art marketplace Eyestorm. Alamy (part of the PA Media Group) is a digital platform of over 300m images and videos that enables customers to find and licence a diverse array of content.

Buzz and his team are responsible for Google Cloud's Content Creation Solutions development in the Media and Entertainment Vertical. After a PHD in nuclear physics Fred moved in the photography agencies of Groupe Hachette and the launch of the Gamma Press Image portail. Then Fred succeeded as SI manager in communication agency CA COM working for retailers and deploying multiple solutions from DAM production systems to digital portal driven by catalog automation and online editing capabilities. Fred has a strong background in image workflow, pre presse and print environnement, packaging up to CMS portal. During 7 years Fred traveled for the world as pre sales and CMO for a German company DALIM Software Gmbh.
