David Seiler, Legal Advisor, will be speaking at the CEPIC seminar “Google in Germany: Copyright Complaints and Negotiations” which will be held on Thursday 15th June 2017 from 09:30 to 10:30h in Berlin at the Martim ProArte Hotel.
For more than 20 years David Seiler has been working as a lawyer. As of 2017 he supports the German Association of Picture Agencies (BVPA), as its Legal Advisor. In particular, he advises business companies and associations about image rights, IT- and internet rights, as well as data privacy law. In addition to this, he works as an author, lecturer and as a data security officer. Since 2005, he published a number of articles on the issue of “Google Image Search”.
