Tim Cowen, Preiskel & Co, will be speaking will be speaking at the CEPIC seminar “Google in the EU and the US: Search, Complaints and Licensing” which will be held on Thursday 15th June 2017 from 11:00 to 13:00h in Berlin at the Martim ProArte Hotel.
Tim Cowen is a partner at Preiskel & Co, based in London. He is a leading regulatory/competition lawyer focused on the TMT sector and is currently representing a range of companies in the EU Commission’s ongoing investigations of Google’s abuse of dominance. He has dealt with a large number of reported litigation and damages cases as well as complex TMT merger and joint venture transactions. He previously led BT Group Plc’s competition law and public policy team, and was a member of the Competition Appeal Tribunal, and past Chairman of the Competition Panel of the Confederation of British industry.
