Phil established EasyResource, in the United Kingdom in 2003, to provide stills retouching services, after working as a retoucher in London for over ten years. Under his 20 year leadership of EasyResource, the company diversified to provide a wide range of post-production services, primarily focused on stock library workflows. This includes various stills and video related services such as curation, retouching, editing, grading, embedding metadata, keywording and associated metadata processing. More recently the company has moved into AI training services, and asset distribution. Working closely with key clients, EasyResource has recently developed i-Hub, an offering designed to provide medium and small stock libraries with an online portal, post-production and distribution system, together with a retail website designed to handle video and stills, with low cost storage and egress. The requisite financial royalty management systems are included. Within the i-Hub community, users can choose to seamlessly syndicate both video and still assets with any other user of the i-Hub system.
