When and where will the CEPIC Congress 2023 take place?

The CEPIC Congress is the largest networking hub for agencies worldwide and will take place in Antibes from 10 to 12 May 2023 (Welcome Reception on 09 May).

How many people attend the CEPIC Congress?
Up to 400 visitors, from 200 agencies and 35 countries, with approx. 60% coming from Europe, 30% from North America, and 10% from Asia and South America.

How can I exhibit at the CEPIC Congress 2023?
You can exhibit by renting an Exhibitor’s Table in the Table Area (Table Area | CEPIC)

How do I ship my items to Congress for my exhibition table?

Parcels for CEPIC tables and Delegates bags can only be shipped on or after 5th May. Please find all the information on shipping by clicking here.

When can Exhibitors tables be set up for congress?

Set up of tables is on Wednesday 10th May from 7am until 8.30am.

What is the Table Area?
The Table Area is the exhibitors’ area of the CEPIC Congress with 50 tables. 

Do I have to rent an Exhibitor’s Table at CEPIC Congress?
Renting an Exhibitor’s Table is optional but we recommend it to organize your meetings. (Table Area | CEPIC)

We always look at the list of participants to select panelists for our conferences.

We are also open to propositions. Programme is a work in progress. 

How can I register for CEPIC?
The Fees & Registration section will be available in December 2022. Here you will find instructions on how to register.

Is the CEPIC registration fee per person or per company?
The registration fee is per person. 

What is included in the CEPIC registration fee? 

Full access to all congress areas for the entire duration of the congress (Wednesday 10 May to Friday 12 May)

 Welcome Reception on Tuesday 9 May

Lunch buffet on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
Coffee breaks and ongoing drinking stations 
Onewifi connection per delegate

Can I have a one-day pass?
Since CEPIC must cover the costs of the congress for 3 days (room rental, catering, staff, internet, etc), one-day passes are not available.

I have registered but can no longer attend. What can I do?
You can either give your registration to someone else at no cost by sending us an email (here) or cancel your attendance. Please see our cancellation policy.

 VAT REGULATION

I have a VAT number, why am I being charged VAT?
Following EU tax law CEPIC as an Event Organiser must charge VAT on all congress invoices even when an agency provides a VAT number during registration. Here is the article of the EU Directive:

CEPIC must charge French VAT of 20% on all Congress invoices. 

Businesses are entitled to a refund the VAT under certain conditions. Please contact your local tax authorities for more information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you wish to cancel your registration, tables/exhibition stands, business rooms, and/or any other optional activity or services purchased, the following cancellation policy applies:
Before 15 February 2023, the total amount minus 50 Euros (administrative expenses) for each canceled registration will be refunded.
from 16 February to 28 February 2023, 75% of the total amount will be refunded
from 01 to 31 March 2023, 50% will be refunded
from 01 to 30 April 2023, 25% will be refunded
from 01 May 2023 onwards no refund is possible 
If CEPIC is obliged to cancel the Congress due to force majeure, no refund will be given.
