Dr Eleonora Rosati is an Associate Professor in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Southampton and an Counseller at Bird&Bird. She holds academic positions at EDHEC Business School, Queen Mary University of London and Stockholm University, and is an editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Practice (Oxford University Press). Eleonora is the author Copyright and the Court of Justice of the European Union (Oxford University Press:2019) and a long-standing contributor to The IPKat. In 2018 she was included in Managing Intellectual Property ‘The 50 Most Influential People in IP’ list.
