CEPIC and three Arcor Group hotels have arranged discounted rates including breakfast for congress delegates in these hotels:

• Sofitel Warsaw Victoria - 5 star hotel and venue of the CEPIC Congress 2015. 120 rooms are available.
• Novotel – 4 star hotel
• Mercure Centrum – 4 star hotel

 Bookings and payments are all to be arranged directly between the congress delegates and the hotels.

NOTE: Please book your room by 15 April 2015. After that date reservations will be accepted only on a space and rate availability basis. Rooms not booked by CEPIC congress delegates will be made available to other guests.
