Zan Kuang, Imaginechina, will be speaking at the seminar “Presentation of the Asian Markets”. The seminar is part of the CEPIC Congress Programme and will be held on 17th June 2017 from 14:15h to 15:15h in Berlin at the Martim ProArte Hotel.
Zan Kuang, CEO of Imaginechina. Chinese American born in Shanghai, educated and worked in the US, he returned to Shanghai in 2000 and co-founded Imaginechina, the first commercial photo agency in China. Imaginechina grew and became one of the major photo agencies in China representing over 100 world known photo agencies and thousands of local Chinese photographers. Imaginechina has been consistent to offer local photographers 50% commission in order to support the industry growth. In 2016, Imaginechina was acquired by Bytedance, a well-known tech giant in China. With the technology, legal and financial support from the investor, Imaginechina has speed up the company growth to better serve the fast changing Chinese editorial and creative markets.
