Christina is the Founder and CEO of stock photo agencies Image Source and Cultura Creative as well as President of CEPIC since 2021.

Image Source is one of the leading independent premium stock photo agencies in the world and will celebrate 25 years since its incorporation this year. Less than 2 years ago, prompted by the death of GeorgeFloyd, she decided to use her expertise in commercial photo and video licensing to create a new agency based around Diversity – both in front of and behind the camera. Cultura celebrates creativity in photography, champions gender and race diversity while encouraging diverse photographers from all backgrounds to work in the photography industry,understanding that different perspectives help us all innovate and grow as humans united in Cause, Craft and Commerce. Image Source is a winner of the prestigious Queen’s Award for International Enterprise and has won many Awards for Entrepreneurship and Business, including the AWA Award for Entrepreneur of the Year. Christina is also a judge for the prestigious NatWest Everywoman Awards, which she has done since 2010. Christina has always sought to be inclusive in her work and family life – her mother was from the indigenous Hmar tribe of Mizoram in North EastIndia. Born in the North of England, she has lived in London, New York, Paris and Argentina.
