Jean-Marie Léger, partner at Enthémis, is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and the head of the firm’s IP/IT department. For more than twenty years, he has provided advice and litigation services to photographers, image banks, press and communication agencies. Its missions consist in securing the intellectual assets of his clients at all stages: creation (contracts, deposits, third parties’ rights), exploitation (licenses, assignments, royalties) and protection (pre-litigation, amicable settlements, legal proceeding). Enthémis is partnering with major players in the fight against illicit uses of images online.
