Booking a Table
- To book a Table at CEPIC Congress, please register a delegate online and select a Table of your choice.
If you have already registered and wish to book a Table, contact us and we will book a Table for you.
Table fees for three days, from 15 to 17 May 2024:
- 390 € for CEPIC Members
- 490 € for CEPIC Non-Members
Table +
- If you wish to increase your company’s profile by placing a standing roll-up behind your table, you may purchase Table+ for an additional fee of 50 Euros. Companies booking a table+ have no obligation to set up a roll-up.

Table+ fees for three days, from 15 to 17 May 2023:
- 440 € for CEPIC Members
- 540 € for CEPIC Non-Members
- Please note that it is not allowed to place banners or roll-ups next to other tables, because – due to the table distribution – they hide neighboring tables.
These are other (free) ways to make your table more noticeable:
- Bring your own Table cloth (table size 180 cm x 80 cm).
- You may rent a monitor to show your images, please contact us at our Congress email.

Good to know
- Have your headshot ready. Right at the start of registration, you’ll be asked to upload your profile image (portrait style). Your profile image will be used to create your badge. Size: 100 x 130 px. Maximum size: 5MB. Optimal format: jpg, png, bmp.
- Registration fees include three full days of networking, lunch and coffee breaks, access to seminars, and a CEPIC Welcome Reception.
- CEPIC members receive a reduction of 120 € for each registered delegate on the regular fee and 100 € for each booked table. Both member discounts must be selected during registration.
- Wifi is included in the registration fee
- Applicable VAT is 20%. In order to be able to recover it, you must indicate your VAT number during registration!
- Credit card payments are possible with Visa and Mastercard.
- Sponsorship packages may include free passes and one free Table in the Table Area. For more information about Sponsorship, please visit this Page.
